1. One Passport Size Photo

2. SEE Marksheet

3. ISc Ag / +2 Transcript

4. Original Citizenship

5. Bank Voucher or Esewa / Khalti / Connect IPS Payment Receipt

6. Equivalent Certificate (If from other Boards like CBSE)

7. Quota Documents (If you have any Quota)

NOTE: No Document is required for Female Quota Seats.
